P&A Project Summaries
P&A performed an assessment of the operational capabilities of an IFM supplier in order to assist them in the development of their strategic plan. P&A utilized a structured process of interviews, site visits, desktop review, and workshops to gather and analyze information related to Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE), service delivery and transition management, Management Information Systems (MIS), cultural fit and ability to partner, and their commercial approach towards their customers. During an interactive workshop with key executives P&A documented the path forward using a strategy mapping technique. P&A provided the tools and framework for the IFM supplier to implement their strategy over a 3 year period.

Supported multi-national IFM Service Provider with CMMS justification, selection and implementation. Collated and analysed system requirements and facilitated global meeting to determine strategic direction of CMMS implementation. Developed guidelines for global reference data sets and business processes.

P&A supported the North America Property and Facility Management function of a major international Oil & Gas client with defining and implementing an enterprise approach towards all North American property operations. This included an analysis of the property portfolio to assess potential HSE and operational risk associated with collaborative and non-collaborative sites and facility operations. Key objectives of this project were to assess and promote the value associated with sharing best practice in risk management, knowledge management, identification and development of common standards, policies and procedures, and sharing resources for closing of common operational gaps. P&A further defined the terms of engagement and governance framework associated with establishing and conducting an enterprise approach towards all North American property operations.
