P&A supported the design of a global Project Management Organization (PMO) for an IFM supplier with the purpose of enabling the effective winning, mobilization, and transition of new customer contracts. P&A supported a global IFM supplier in the development of standard taxonomies and metadata for use within their global IWMS based upon known standards and industry best practice. The purpose of these standard taxonomies was to ensure the supplier had the ability to classify assets and services consistently across the globe, track costs by service line or by asset, roll up costs at any level or view from either perspective, and ensure the use of valid data to achieve accurate reports. The result of these efforts has allowed the supplier to convert data into powerful analytics that drive good business decisions for their customers.

P&A supported a global IFM supplier and its FMCG customer in the execution of a joint continuous improvement program focused on implementing operational excellence as well as a robust contract governance framework.

This bold undertaking involved 21 initiatives with over 50 resources running in parallel. P&A provided the program management framework and training so that the site teams could take ownership of their initiatives. As a result of these efforts the IFM supplier has achieved its performance goals and the contract has been renewed with the expectation of a long-term partnership.

P&A conducted a Top-Down Review (TDR) of a major global bank’s corporate real estate services organization and its core functions through the lens of 12 Key Building Blocks for Success in Corporate Real Estate.

The assessment scope included a review of all functions involved in the end to end delivery of corporate real estate services including real estate, capital projects, engineering, service delivery, and business continuity management. The output of the project included a summary report outlining key findings and a strategy map showing key strategic themes and initiatives.
